Q: Do you offer OEM service?

A: Yes. Customer can send us your logo and brand. We will check the trademark if it can be produced. As long as it is not registered by other company in China, it is OK.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Our company accept many payment methods as T/T, L/C, West Union, Paypal, O/A, etc.

Q: What is your production time?

A: Generally 30days after receiving deposit or original L/C.
Special specification products by negotiation. Korestar will inform the approximate shipping date before you place order.

Q: What certifiicate do you have?

A: We have CE, ISO. And we can apply for specific certificate for different country such as SONCAP for Nigeria, COI for Iran, SASO for Saudi Arabia, PVOC for Kenya, etc.

Q: How do we know the suitability of your products in our factories or our market? 
A: After a small trial order you will know the performance ,the applicability and the quality of products.

Q: I don't see any prices on your web site. why? 
A: There're lots of products with different specification & different requirements. It's not necessary and possible to put full products price list on the website.
We always quote the price according to our customers' detailed enquiry!

Q: Do you offer FREE Samples if I want to buy your products?
A: We never offer free samples. This is high value product. Although the quantity & amount of sample is small, its cost is higher than mass production. So very few electrical machinery company would like to offer free samples. If you want to try the products, please buy.
Korestar thinks when people get samples by paying, they will cherish what they get. 

Q: Do you have office or representative or agent in our country? 
A: Korestar doesn't have agent in any country at present. 

Q: We send you the payment, what we should do if you don't send us our order? 
A: This is impossible to happen!
If you send us the payment, please inform us or send us the copy of Bank Transfer so that we can make the production and arrange the shipment.

Q: What is the delivery way you send our goods? 
A: Generally delivery by sea. Korestar will give the advice according to the actual order requirements.
